Crafted in Kakheti, this naturally sparkling Pet-Nat blends two native Georgian white grape varieties. Produced following organic principles and traditional low-intervention methods, it captures the freshness and authenticity of Georgia’s ancient winemaking culture.

Grape Varieties

• Chinuri – known for its bright acidity, crisp structure, and subtle orchard fruit character.

• Kakhetian Mtsvane – an aromatic variety offering floral notes, citrus tones, and gentle herbal complexity.

Together, they create a harmonious balance of vibrancy, texture, and aromatic depth.

Winemaking

Made using the ancestral (Pétillant Naturel) method, the wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation in bottle, resulting in delicate, natural bubbles. It is fermented with wild yeasts, bottled unfiltered, and produced with minimal intervention to preserve purity and expression.

• Color: Pale golden with a lively, fine mousse.

• Aroma: White flowers, green apple, pear, and hints of citrus zest with a touch of fresh herbs.
