Old Kakheti - Honey Chacha

Origin: Produced by Old Kakheti (KTW Group) following the ancient winemaking traditions of Kakheti. This is chacha made the old way — from grape mash stored through the winter in qvevri, Georgia's iconic buried ceramic amphorae, then distilled in copper vessels.

Character: A uniquely Georgian spirit — grape chacha infused with the warmth of the Caucasus and the golden sweetness of organic honey.

Taste Profile: Crystal clear with a gently honeyed nose layered over the natural grape bouquet. On the palate it is smooth and warming, with a delicate, lingering sweetness of honey balanced by the spirit's clean grape character. Far more approachable than a traditional chacha, yet unmistakably authentic.

Craftsmanship: After distillation, the chacha is aged together with organic honeycombs for 6 months — a traditional Georgian technique that naturally infuses the spirit with honey's delicate aroma and flavour without overwhelming it. No artificial flavourings or additives; just grape, copper, and honey.

Serving Suggestions: Best served ice cold as a chilled shot. A natural companion for Georgian supra gatherings, or as a distinctive digestif. Pairs well with fresh fruit, light pastries, or Georgian churchkhela.
