Old Kakheti - Mtsvane Semi-Sweet

Origin: Produced from Mtsvane Kakhuri grapes grown in the Kakheti region of Georgia — one of the world's oldest wine-producing territories. This 2025 vintage is a fresh expression of one of Kakheti's most aromatic white varieties.

Grape Variety: 100% Mtsvane Kakhuri, whose name simply means "green" in Georgian. Naturally aromatic and expressive, Mtsvane is prized for its floral character, fresh fruit profile, and gentle natural sweetness — making it ideally suited to the semi-sweet style.

Taste Profile: Pale straw in colour with a fresh, appealing nose of green apple, pear, white blossom, and a delicate mineral hint. On the palate it is light and smooth, with a gentle natural sweetness balanced by the variety's characteristic fresh acidity. The finish is clean, soft, and pleasantly lingering.

Craftsmanship: Made by Old Kakheti (KTW Group) in the European style, preserving Mtsvane's natural aromatics and the fresh fruit-driven character of the 2025 harvest. The semi-sweet style is achieved by retaining a portion of the grape's natural residual sugar, resulting in a wine that is approachable, food-friendly, and easy to enjoy.

Serving Suggestions: Pairs well with soft cheeses, light poultry dishes, fresh salads, and Georgian appetizers. Also lovely on its own as a light aperitif. Best served chilled at 10–12°C.
