Old Kakheti - Classic Chacha

Origin: Produced by Old Kakheti (KTW Group) following the old winemaking traditions of Kakheti — Georgia's most celebrated wine region and the heartland of chacha production.

Base Spirit: Distilled from Kakhetian grape pomace in the traditional Georgian manner, carrying the unmistakable character of the region's native grape varieties.

Taste Profile: Pale golden in colour with a clean, inviting nose of grape bouquet and subtle oak. On the palate it is warm and balanced, with a smooth, long-lasting finish. The 6-month oak ageing rounds off the spirit's natural character without overpowering it — distinctly Georgian, distinctly Kakhetian.

Craftsmanship: Made according to old Georgian tradition and aged for 6 months in oak barrels, which impart a gentle oak aroma and add depth and balance to the spirit. The result is a chacha that is approachable yet characterful — a true expression of Kakheti's grape-growing heritage.

Serving Suggestions: Best served ice cold with freshly sliced ginger, as tradition dictates. Also pairs well with pickles, fish, smoked cheese, and meat products. Serve at 18–20°C to appreciate the full aromatic bouquet, or well-chilled as a shot.
