Chateau Manavi - White Reserve Semi-Sweet
75cl | 12.5% | Chateau Manavi
Description
Origin: Produced by Chateau Manavi, part of KTW Group, drawing on grape varieties from across Georgia's most celebrated wine regions — Kakheti, Kartli, and Imereti.
Grape Varieties: A multi-varietal blend of Chinuri, Tsolikouri, Kisi, and Goruli Mtsvane — four native Georgian white grapes, each bringing distinct character to the final wine.
Taste Profile: A semi-dry sparkling white with a pale straw color and lively fine bubbles. The nose is fresh and aromatic, with floral notes and hints of green apple, stone fruit, and citrus. On the palate it is light and harmonious, with a gentle sweetness balanced by crisp acidity and a clean, refreshing finish.

Craftsmanship: Made using the Charmat method (Méthode Charmat), which preserves the fresh, fruit-driven character of the grape blend. The combination of varieties from different regions creates a layered and well-rounded sparkling wine that showcases the breadth of Georgia's white grape heritage.
Serving Suggestions: A versatile sparkling wine that pairs well with light salads, fresh cheeses, fish dishes, and Georgian appetizers. Best served well-chilled at 6–8°C.
