Origin

Produced in Kakheti, the heartland of Georgian winemaking, this naturally sparkling Pet-Nat is crafted from the indigenous Saperavi grape. Made according to organic principles with minimal intervention, it reflects both ancient tradition and contemporary natural winemaking philosophy.

Grape Variety

Saperavi – Georgia’s flagship red grape, known for its deep color, vibrant acidity, and bold character. As a teinturier grape (red flesh as well as skin), Saperavi gives this Pet-Nat its intense hue and expressive fruit profile.

Winemaking

Produced using the ancestral (Pétillant Naturel) method, the wine undergoes natural fermentation in bottle, creating gentle, fine bubbles. Fermented with wild yeasts, unfiltered, and made with no added sulfites, it preserves a raw and authentic expression of the grape.

Tasting Notes

• Color: Deep ruby to purple with lively natural effervescence.

• Aroma: Fresh red berries, sour cherry, wild blackberry, and subtle floral notes, with a hint of earthy spice.

• Palate: Juicy and energetic, showing ripe cherry, pomegranate, and forest fruits. Bright acidity and soft tannins are lifted by delicate bubbles, leading to a refreshing, dry finish.
