Chateau Manavi - Kindzmarauli

Origin: Produced by Chateau Manavi (KTW Group) from grapes grown in the Kindzmarauli microzone — one of Georgia's 18 protected appellations of origin, located in the Kakheti region along the southwest-facing bank of the Alazani River, in the foothills of the Caucasus Mountains.

Grape Variety: 100% Saperavi, Georgia's premier red grape variety, cultivated within the strictly defined Kindzmarauli Protected Designation of Origin.

Taste Profile: Deep pomegranate red in colour with a rich, inviting nose of berry fruits and cherries. On the palate it is velvety and harmonious, with a naturally soft sweetness, gentle tannins, and a long, pleasantly sweet finish. A benchmark example of this beloved Georgian style.

Craftsmanship: Produced using the classic European method, with the natural residual sugar preserved through controlled fermentation — no additives or artificial sweeteners. Sugar content: 18–45 g/L, in keeping with the appellation's requirements. The wine is produced strictly within the rules of the Kindzmarauli Protected Designation of Origin.

Serving Suggestions: Pairs beautifully with grilled meats, game, roasted lamb, mtsvadi, and aged cheeses. Best served slightly cool at 14–16°C to showcase the wine's fruit character and natural sweetness.
