  • Description

Origin: Sourced from the Kindzmarauli micro-zone of the Kvareli district in Georgia's Kakheti region — one of the country's 18 registered wine appellations, created specifically for naturally semi-sweet red wines. The vineyards are situated on the southwest-facing bank of the Alazani River, in the foothills of the Caucasus Mountains.

Grape Variety: 100% Saperavi, one of Georgia's flagship red grapes. Saperavi's bold structure gives the wine enough backbone to balance its sweetness beautifully, resulting in a lush, fruit-forward profile that never feels heavy or syrupy.

Taste Profile: Aromas of crushed rose petals, violets, plums and wild berries greet the nose. The palate is juicy with structure and finesse, with a velvety and dense texture in beautiful harmony with its natural sweetness.

Craftsmanship: Kindzmarauli's sweetness isn't artificially added — it is entirely natural, coming from residual grape sugar preserved during fermentation. The typical sugar level ranges from 18–45 g/L, giving it sweetness without dessert-wine intensity — balanced, approachable, and extremely food-friendly.

Serving Suggestions: Pairs wonderfully with spicy dishes, duck, venison, aged cheeses, and fruit-based desserts. Georgians traditionally enjoy it alongside dark chocolate and the traditional Georgian meat-filled dumplings, Khinkali. Best served slightly chilled at 14–16°C.
