75cl | 12.5% | Kiskisi
Kiskisi (კისკისი) — Georgian for a light, joyful giggle. Because great wine should always make you smile.
Description
Origin: Sourced from the Tsinandali viticulture zone in the Kakheti region of eastern Georgia — one of the country's most prestigious appellations for dry white wine, shaped by a moderate continental climate that imparts freshness and elegance.
Grape Variety: A classic blend of Rkatsiteli and Kakhuri Mtsvane — two of Georgia's most celebrated indigenous white grapes, together forming the traditional backbone of Tsinandali. Rkatsiteli provides structure and crisp acidity, while Mtsvane contributes floral notes and a hint of citrus and tropical complexity.
Taste Profile: This straw-coloured wine offers pleasantly expressed floral and yellow fruit aromas, with a palate characterised by pleasant acidity and a long, refreshing finish. Notes of apple, pear, and quince come through, balanced by a bright and clean acidity.
