Naberauli
Description
Origin: Sourced from the mountainous Racha region of western Georgia, Naberauli was founded with a clear mission — to revive and preserve the forgotten winemaking traditions of Racha, championing the country's rarest and most unique native grape varieties.
Grape Variety: 100% Rachuli Mtsvane, a grape variety unique to the Racha region, also known by the synonyms Sadmeluri and Tbiluli. This distinctive vine thrives in the fertile soils and sloped terrains of Racha.
Taste Profile: This wine presents a beautiful straw colour with aromas of dried flowers and spices. On the palate it is balanced and harmonious, with fresh, bright character, notes of pear and spice, and a delicate, fine grip that lingers on the finish.

Craftsmanship: This wine is crafted using traditional Georgian techniques, with maceration in Qvevri clay vessels buried underground, resulting in velvety tannins and a long-lasting finish. Kept on skins in Qvevri for one month and aged for a further eleven months using the traditional Georgian method, the Reserve expression gains exceptional complexity and depth.
Serving Suggestions: Pairs beautifully with soft dishes, fruit salads, grilled vegetables, fish, and seafood. Best served at 10–12°C to fully express its dried flower aromas and spiced, harmonious finish.
