  • Description

Origin: Sourced from the Lechkhumi–Tsageri–Zubi terroir in western Georgia, Naberauli Wines was founded in 2018 in the village of Sadmeli in the Racha-Lechkhumi region — an area with a thousand-year winemaking tradition where native varieties thrive in a moderate climate and diverse soils.

Grape Variety: 100% Tsolikouri, a white grape variety deeply intertwined with the winemaking traditions of western Georgia. Dry Tsolikouri wines are celebrated for their crisp acidity, floral aromas, and notes of citrus and tropical fruits.

Taste Profile: This wine presents a pale lemon hue, captivating with distinguished tropical and floral aromas. Its refreshing acidity is elegantly balanced by six months of batonnage, revealing delicate citrus notes on the palate.

Craftsmanship: The Tsolikouri grapes are hand-harvested from south-facing slopes in the Lechkhumi region. After a brief maceration phase, fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures, and the wine then rests on its lees for two months, developing a refined texture and elegant depth.

Serving Suggestions: Pairs well with citrus and floral-friendly dishes. Its crispness and refreshing acidity make it an excellent companion for seafood, salads, white meats, and light cheeses. Best served chilled at 8–10°C to fully reveal its tropical and floral aromas.
