Gulordava Family - Saperavi Kashmi

Grape Variety: 100% Saperavi from the Khashmi micro-zone — a site known for producing Saperavi of exceptional concentration, structure, and intensity. Khashmi Saperavi is a different animal: darker, deeper, and more forceful than most.

Taste Profile: Deep ruby in the glass. Bold aromas of wild blackberry and raspberry on the nose — vivid and fruit-forward. Full-bodied and structured on the palate, with high acidity and firm, youthful tannins that signal excellent ageing potential. A serious wine for serious drinkers.

Craftsmanship: Classic European winemaking method, allowing Khashmi's naturally powerful terroir to speak without interference. High alcohol at 15% — a hallmark of this exceptional micro-zone.

Serving Suggestions: Serve at 16–18°C, decant for 30–40 minutes. Best paired with grilled red meats, aged hard cheeses, and hearty Georgian dishes. Will continue to develop beautifully with further cellaring.
