Origin: From the heart of Martvili in Samegrelo, western Georgia — Ojaleshi territory. This is one of Georgia's most elegant and rare indigenous red varieties, grown in the humid, lush landscapes of the west and bottled under the Gulordava family's Shaverde label.

Grape Variety: 100% Ojaleshi — Samegrelo's prized native red, known for its refined fruit character, natural elegance, and light-to-medium structure. Here aged in oak barrels, adding depth and complexity while preserving the variety's signature delicacy.

Taste Profile: Ruby in the glass. Medium-intensity red berry aromas on the nose — clean, harmonious, and distinctly fruit-forward. Crisp acidity on the palate lends freshness and energy, while the oak integration adds structural complexity. Medium-bodied, balanced, and satisfying, with a clean, medium-length finish. Martvili expressed with elegance and restraint.
