Origin: From Ziari's own micro-zone in the Gurjaani district of Kakheti — a single vineyard expression that carries the unmistakable character of this specific terroir. Intense, refined, and deeply traditional.

Grape Variety: 100% Saperavi — Kakheti's great red grape, fermented whole in traditional Qvevri for a wine of exceptional depth and authenticity.

Taste Profile: Pomegranate-deep in the glass. Sweet fruit, warm spice, and floral notes on the nose, unfolding gradually with real complexity. On the palate — full-bodied and smooth, with round tannins and vibrant acidity in perfect balance. The finish is long, clean, and utterly harmonious.

Craftsmanship: Fermented and aged in buried Qvevri clay vessels using wild yeasts and no additives — a UNESCO-recognised method that has defined Georgian winemaking for 8,000 years.

Serving Suggestions: Serve at 16–18°C with grilled meats, steak, walnut-stuffed aubergine, or aged cheese.
