Grape Variety: 100% Rkatsiteli — Georgia's most storied white grape, here given the full Kakhetian amber treatment. Extended skin contact in buried clay Qvevri transforms this classic variety into something richer, deeper, and more complex.

Taste Profile: Deep golden amber in the glass. Ripe apple, quince, dried citrus, and warm spice on the nose. Full-bodied and structured on the palate — the amber version of Capricorn, with earthy depth, integrated tannins, and a long, memorable finish.
