Grape Variety: 100% Tsolikauri — one of western Georgia's most iconic and widely planted white varieties, native to Imereti and Lechkhumi. Naturally aromatic and delicate, it translates beautifully into sparkling wine, retaining its characteristic freshness and floral lift.

Taste Profile: Pale straw with a fine, persistent mousse. White fruit and delicate floral notes on the nose — airy, refined, and inviting. Clean and precise on the palate — crisp, fresh, and lively, with a light texture and a pleasurably clean finish. Extra Dry — just a whisper of balance, never heavy.
