Grape Variety: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from Kakheti. In Georgia's continental climate, Cabernet achieves full, generous ripeness while retaining firm structure — producing a red that is both powerful and precise.

Taste Profile: Deep pomegranate in the glass. Ripe fruit, warm spice, and dried plum on the nose. Balanced and velvety on the palate — smooth, structured, and polished, with a long, clean finish that reflects everything Virgo stands for.
