Origin: Independent, visionary Aquarius gets the most unconventional expression in the Drunk Zodiacs collection — a Qvevri-aged Kisi amber from the Akhmeta micro-zone of Kakheti. Forward-thinking by nature, this wine walks its own path.

Grape Variety: 100% Kisi from Akhmeta — one of Kakheti's most prized and aromatic indigenous white varieties, naturally expressive and floral. Given extended skin contact in traditional buried Qvevri, the grape transforms into something deeper and more complex than its classic white counterpart.

Taste Profile: Warm amber in the glass. Yellow fruit and spice on the nose — layered, contemplative, and quietly complex. Balanced and harmonious on the palate, with gentle tannins and a finish that lingers thoughtfully, just like the water-bearer it represents.

Craftsmanship: Traditional Qvevri fermentation with skin contact from Akhmeta vineyards — Georgia's ancient method that has been practised for 8,000 years and recognised by UNESCO as an Intangible Cultural Heritage. A 2021 vintage with excellent bottle development.

Serving Suggestions: Serve at 12–14°C with aged cheeses, roasted poultry, walnut-based Georgian dishes, and charcuterie.
