Gulordava Family - Mtsvane

Origin: A limited edition expression from Gulordava Family Winery — produced from hand-pressed Mtsvane grapes sourced from old vines in the Alazani region of Kakheti. Aged for several months on lees before bottling, this is a wine made for those who seek something off the beaten path.

Grape Variety: 100% Kakhuri Mtsvane — one of Kakheti's most elegant and aromatic indigenous white varieties. Known for its naturally vibrant citrus and floral character, Mtsvane here reveals an entirely different dimension: deeper, more structured, and richly phenolic from extended lees aging and oak barrel maturation.

Taste Profile: Deep amber in the glass — a striking and unusual colour for a white, speaking to the wine's rich phenolic development. Characteristic Mtsvane aromas of citrus, quince, and wildflowers, layered with warm spice from oak aging. Complex, textured, and age-worthy — best enjoyed with dishes that can match its weight.
