  • Description

Origin: Sourced from the Racha–Ambrolauri–Kvatskhuti terroir in the mountainous Racha region of western Georgia, Naberauli was named in honor of the monks who secretly cultivated the region's unique vines in the highlands, preserving a winemaking legacy that dates back to the 17th–18th centuries.

Grape Variety: 100% Rachuli Mtsvane, a grape variety unique to the Racha region, also known by the synonyms Sadmeluri and Tbiluli. This rare, high-yielding vine thrives in the fertile soils and sloped terrains of Racha, producing wines of genuine character and distinction.

Taste Profile: This dry amber wine presents a golden hue with aromas of yellow fruits and herbs, distinguished by velvety tannins and a long-lasting finish. The traditional Qvevri method gives the wine its beautiful amber colour, adding complexity and depth to every sip.

  • Details

Craftsmanship: Crafted using traditional Georgian techniques, this wine undergoes six months of maceration in Qvevri clay vessels buried underground — a method that has been practised in Georgia for thousands of years. This extended skin contact develops the wine's structure, tannins, and rich amber tone naturally, without additives.

Serving Suggestions: Pairs beautifully with soft dishes, fruit salads, grilled vegetables, fish, and seafood. Best served at 10–12°C to allow the herbal aromas and yellow fruit notes to fully express themselves.
