Naberauli - Tsolikouri 2020 Reserve

Origin: Sourced from the Racha-Lechkhumi region of western Georgia, Naberauli Wines was founded with a clear mission — to preserve and develop the diversity of Georgian wine by championing the rarest native vine varieties of Racha. 

Grape Variety: 100% Tsolikouri, a native Georgian white grape widely grown across the western winegrowing regions of the country, celebrated for its naturally high sugar levels and generous yields. 

Taste Profile: This wine presents a pale yellow to light-gold hue, with fruit-forward aromas of white peaches and tropical fruit, followed by delicate citrusy notes. The Reserve expression reveals beautiful notes of honey and candied lemon, with a rich and full-bodied palate that is characteristic of the dry style.

Craftsmanship: Produced utilizing traditional Georgian Qvevri and time-honored winemaking methods, each bottle reflects the unique characteristics of Naberauli's terroir. Their limited production approach ensures every wine is crafted to the highest standard. The 2020 Reserve undergoes extended aging to develop additional depth and complexity beyond the standard expression.

Serving Suggestions: Pairs well with seafood, salads, white meats, light cheeses, and vegetarian dishes. Best served chilled at 8–10°C to fully express its tropical fruit and honey aromas.
