Nadimi - Saperavi

Origin: The red expression of the Nadimi feast — sourced from Saperavi grapes grown in the village of Ruispiri, Kakheti, and produced by Cooperative Ruispiri. A wine built for the Georgian table at its most celebratory.

Grape Variety: 100% Saperavi — Kakheti's great indigenous red, a rare teinturier variety with deeply pigmented skin and flesh. Bold, structured, and naturally age-worthy.

Taste Profile: Dark ruby with a purple hue. Intense aromas of black plum, red cherry, and dark berries. Medium acidity on the palate, balanced taste, and a long, satisfying finish — generous yet refined.

Craftsmanship: Classic European method using hand-selected Saperavi grapes from Ruispiri village. Clean, honest winemaking that lets the grape and the terroir speak.
