Taste Profile: A refined brut sparkling wine with a delicate blush hue and fine persistent bubbles. The nose opens with fresh red berries, wild cherries, and hints of forest fruit, complemented by subtle floral and spice notes. On the palate, the wine is crisp and lively, with bright acidity, a soft mousse, and a clean, elegant finish.
Details
Craftsmanship: Produced using the Charmat method (Méthode Charmat), which preserves the fresh, fruit-forward character of the Chkhaveri grape. The 2021 vintage reflects the warm continental climate of Kartli, delivering a well-balanced and expressive sparkling wine with a distinctly Georgian identity.
Serving Suggestions: Pairs beautifully with light appetizers, fresh cheese, seafood, and Georgian mezze. Best served well-chilled at 6–8°C to fully appreciate its fresh aromatics and lively effervescence.
