Grape Variety: 100% Chkhaveri, an ancient Georgian variety originating in the western Guria region, celebrated for its vibrant character and natural versatility in sparkling wine production.

Taste Profile: A refined brut sparkling wine with a delicate blush hue and fine persistent bubbles. The nose opens with fresh red berries, wild cherries, and hints of forest fruit, complemented by subtle floral and spice notes. On the palate, the wine is crisp and lively, with bright acidity, a soft mousse, and a clean, elegant finish.

Craftsmanship: Produced using the Charmat method (Méthode Charmat), which preserves the fresh, fruit-forward character of the Chkhaveri grape.
