100% Saperavi — Georgia’s signature red grape, giving deep colour, bold structure and expressive flavour. 

🍷 Taste Profile
Colour: Dark ruby with purplish reflections. 
Aroma: Rich notes of black plum, blackberry, black cherry, and a subtle whisper of vanilla and black pepper.
Palate: Full‑bodied and complex, with soft but firm tannins, vibrant acidity and a long, velvety finish. Balanced and elegant.

🛠 Craftsmanship
Hand‑harvested Saperavi grapes from premium vineyards, sorted at the winery, fermented in steel and oak barrels with controlled temperature, and aged in French oak for approximately 18 months. The result is a refined expression of Georgian terroir with international finesse.

Best served at 16–18 °C.
