🍷 Taste Profile

• Colour: Deep ruby to almost inky purple — classic Saperavi richness.

• Aroma: Dark berries (blackberry, black cherry), subtle notes of plum, with hints of spice, forest floor, and maybe a whiff of smoke or leather depending on vintage.

• Palate: Full‑bodied and structured. Expect layers of dark fruit — black cherry, plum — balanced by firm, yet smooth tannins, balanced acidity, and a long, slightly earthy finish.

Fermented and aged to showcase the signature boldness of Saperavi. The wine is crafted to balance power with drinkability: rich in flavor and depth, but smooth enough to enjoy with food or on its own.
