• Aroma: Dried orchard fruits, subtle honey, soft floral undertones, and a gentle earthy‑nutty nuance.

• Palate: Rich texture with medium body and fine structure. Expect flavours of ripe apricot, dried pear, a hint of spice — with depth and a balanced, lingering finish.

Made in the traditional Georgian style: the Kisi grapes are harvested, fermented and aged on skins (in qvevri or neutral vessels), giving extended contact that builds complexity — layered aromas, depth, and a unique texture.
