  • Description

Origin: Sourced from the Racha–Ambrolauri–Jvarisa terroir in western Georgia, Naberauli Wines was named in honour of the monks who secretly cultivated the region's unique vines in the highlands — preserving a winemaking legacy that stretches back to the 17th–18th centuries.

Grape Variety: A blend of 60% Aleksandrouli and 40% Mujuretuli — two iconic native red grapes of the Racha region. When blended, these two grapes create smooth, elegant rosés with complex flavors of spice, floral notes, and red fruit. Mujuretuli is known for its good acidity and aromas reminiscent of pomegranate, which brings a lively freshness to the blend.

Taste Profile: This rosé offers aromas of wild rose and raspberry on the nose, with notes of juicy berries and floral flavors on the palate, finishing with a pleasantly sweet and tart character.

Craftsmanship: Grapes are carefully selected and manually harvested, with fermentation taking place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The wine then rests in stainless steel for 6 months before bottling, preserving the vibrant fruit character and freshness of the vintage.

Serving Suggestions: Pairs beautifully with light salads, grilled poultry, seafood, soft cheeses, and fresh fruit-based desserts. Best served well chilled at 8–10°C to showcase its floral aromas and crisp, berry-driven finish.
