Origin: Bekauri Family Vineyards is a proudly family-owned estate founded in Kakheti in 2014, with the first vintage harvested in 2019 after years of careful preparation and deep commitment to the land. With 111 hectares of vineyards spread across three distinct Kakhetian micro-zones — including the prestigious Kindzmarauli micro-zone itself — every bottle is estate grown and estate bottled, a rarity that guarantees genuine terroir expression from vine to glass.

Grape Variety: 100% Saperavi, grown in the Kindzmarauli PDO — one of Georgia's most celebrated appellations, located on the southwest-facing bank of the Alazani River in the Kvareli district, in the foothills of the Caucasus Mountains. The zone's stony soils and mountain-influenced microclimate produce Saperavi of exceptional minerality, acidity, and natural sweetness. Only indigenous Georgian grape varieties are cultivated across the Bekauri estate.

Taste Profile: Rich, vivid ruby in the glass. Aromas of ripe cherries, dark plums, wild berries, and crushed rose petals with a hint of spice. On the palate — lusciously fruited and naturally sweet, beautifully balanced by Saperavi's firm tannins and vibrant acidity. Velvety, harmonious, and long on the finish.

Craftsmanship: Naturally semi-sweet — no sugar is added at any stage. Slow, cool fermentation is halted naturally before all grape sugars convert to alcohol, preserving the wine's purity and the unique character of the Kindzmarauli terroir. All grapes are grown and bottled on the estate, ensuring full traceability and uncompromising quality.

Serving Suggestions: Serve at 14–16°C. A wonderfully versatile companion — pairs beautifully with spicy dishes, grilled lamb, duck, aged cheeses, dark chocolate, fruit desserts, and Khinkali. Equally enjoyable on its own as a pure, elegant expression of Georgian winemaking tradition.
