    From the Badiauri vineyard, Sagarejo district, in the heart of the Kakheti region (Georgia) — a terroir rich in history and winemaking tradition.

    100% Rkatsiteli — one of Georgia’s noble white grape varieties, here treated to extended skin‑contact aging, resulting in a bold amber style.

    🍷 Taste Profile

    • Colour: Deep amber with warm golden hues.
    • Aroma: Dried apricot, quince, subtle vanilla, and a whisper of herbal earthiness.
    • Palate: Medium‑bodied with soft tannins and balanced acidity; flavours of caramel, dried fruit and nuts carry into a long finish.

    🛠 Craftsmanship

    Hand‑harvested and fermented with wild yeasts on 100% skins and stems for 45 days, followed by an additional 10 months of aging in stainless steel. Filtered before bottling.

    🍽 Serving Suggestions

    This amber dry wine pairs excellently with roasted root vegetables, rich poultry dishes, aged cheeses or slightly spicy cuisine. Serve at around 12‑14 °C to highlight its texture and complexity.
