Origin:
The vineyards at Vazisubani Estate are situated on stony clay soil at an altitude of 460 to 490 meters above sea level. The Rkatsiteli and Mtsvane grapes, native to Georgia’s Kakheti region, thrive in this environment, producing authentic wines with distinct characteristics. The vineyard has a yield of 35-45 hectoliters per hectare, emphasizing quality over quantity.

Grape Variety:
A blend of Rkatsiteli and Mtsvane, these two grapes have a long history of being cultivated together, each complementing the other to create a well-rounded flavor profile.

Taste Profile:
The wine has a light amber color, with inviting aromas of yellow plums and bananas. On the palate, it offers an elegant body with a soft texture, a light tannic structure, and lively acidity. The harmonious blend of these two grape varieties results in a wine that is both complex and approachable.

Craftsmanship:
Vinified using a blend of modern and traditional methods, the grapes are fermented with skin contact in modern tanks. The wine is extracted using an ancestral technique that avoids pressing, allowing for a more harmonious evolution. After fermentation, the wine is clarified and matured, then bottled for aging.

Serving Suggestions:
Best enjoyed with white meat, aged cheese, salmon and melon salad, or spicy Asian dishes. Serve at 12-14°C to bring out its full range of flavors.
